- Age 18 to 30 years
- Freshers highly are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level, or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)
- Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in the USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 8 PM – 5 AM)
- Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months of employment contract.
- Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
- Self-motivated, independent workers with the ability to multitask.
- Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
Responsibilities & Context
Office Hours: Monday to Friday(8:00 PM to 5:00 PM NIGHT SHIFT)
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidates have to make outbound calls to USA or Canada.
- Learn details about our service.
- Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different situations or topic.
- Meet personal/team’s qualitative and quantitative targets.

Good Skill in English in Written and Spoken
