- MBA/ M.com/ Masters of relevant discipline with adequate knowledge in corporate finance of Garments & Textile Sector.
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Minimum 08 years experience in a 100% export-oriented textile/garment industry.
- Should have very good command in English.
- The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Must have very good command over MS office application.
Responsibilities & Context
- Arrange Working Capital & Term Loan from Banks and necessary correspondence with Banks regarding Loan Sanction, Renewal, Enhancement, Rearrangement, Modification etc. matters.
- Arrange Finance from Leasing Company / NBFI.
- Arrange Foreign Currency Loan and meet-up due diligence issues.
- Supervise and Co-ordinate all Loan Accounts with Banks & NBFIs.
- Prepare different types of documents for banks & financial institutes (like as Board Resolution, Group performance, Net Worth, Liability Position, fill-up various prescribed forms, Stock Report, different types of statements, as per Banks requirement)·
- Arrange Mortgage, IGPA, Redemption, Revocation, Pari-Passu Security Sharing Agreement etc.
- Reports to Management: [1] Up-to-date Bank Sanction & Liability Statement – Bank wise and Industry wise [2] Lease sanction statement [3] Comparative Interest Rate [4] Bank Guarantee Statements [5] Shareholding position [5] Gas Load Statement etc.
- Prepared Project Profile, Cost of Project, Cost Financing Pattern, Working Capital Assessment, Comparative Financial Statement with Ration Analysis, Machinery List, Production Capacity and Achieved percentage for arrange required credit facility from Bank/Financial Institution.
- Regular meet with Bank Management & High Officials.
- Meet-up banks regular Credit Risk Management, Audit and compliance related issues.
- Meet-up Bangladesh Bank’s Audit and compliance related issues.
- Coordinate with CRISL and CRAB – two nominated Credit Rating company of NG.
- Monitoring Financial Statement of each company.
