Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for skilled incumbent to join our team who has knowledge about purchasing Knit/Composite factory machine parts & other engineering items. Job responsibilities of this role include:

• Knowledge about purchasing Knit/ Composite factory machine parts or purchasing sewing & non-sewing machine parts/ Fire safety/ Fire protection & detection system items/ Solar system and lift spare parts.
• To seek reliable vendors & suppliers and should have familiarity with product sourcing and vendor management.
• To develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.
• Sound knowledge of negotiation strategies, solid judgment along with decision-making and closing deals with optimal terms with various vendors or suppliers.
• Ability to analyze data and perform cost analysis, and benchmarking.
• Forecast price and market trends and figure out the supplier’s power to get on-time delivery of products, goods, or services.
• To keep all purchasing-related documents, quotations, work orders, bills, challan, etc.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
• D&C loan arrangement & problematic issues & solve immediately.
• Monitoring on time shipment, Checking documents, forward to commercial & follow up until release based on ETD & ETA
• liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Negotiate and agree to contracts, monitoring contract management and service quality provided.
