Responsibilities & Context
- Regular prepare requisition for raw materials as per production need.
- Regular tracking raw materials stock and prepares inventory.
- Collect quotation and prepare comparative statement for selection suppliers.
- Collect raw materials sample for select perfect raw materials.
- Prepare all kind of related supply and payment documents.
- Ensure raw materials storage and makes payment.
- Duly update all kind of raw materials, medicine and feed bag and ensure storage.
- Regular sourcing new supplier’s for ensures supply.
- Ensure quality of feed by sourcing and purchasing proper raw materials.
- Ensure Keeping record all kind of received material.
- Regular report preparation on stock balance.
- Prepare and Keeping all challan, bill and voucher as record.
- Always keep update store report, record and provide to management as per requirements.
