Key Responsibilities:

As an Executive – Land & Legal, you will play a crucial role in handling various aspects of our real estate and land business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare All Kinds of legal documents i.e. Vetting, Agreement, Sale deed, Mortgage Deed, Registration, Mutation, Ensure Revenue, Tripartite Agreement, Revocation, Redemption and others legal documents.
• List and details of Cases, & pursue with advocates for settlements.
• Liaison with various govt. and non govt. organization such as AC (Land) office, Tahshil office, Sub-Registry office, RAJUK, REHAB, Ministry of Housing & Public Works, National Housing Authority.
• Any other task assigned by management.
