Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • At least 6 years

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred from a reputed university.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role·         Proven experience in HR operations management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, & best practices.·         Proficiency in HRIS systems & databases & Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records & generate reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Analytical & problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement & innovation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion & integrity.
  • Certification in HR management is a plus

Responsibilities & Context

  • Look after the overall organization’s HR department by leading & supervising the HR Operations team, Counselling team & HR Policy team, through proper guidance & support to other members.
  • Set clear goals & objectives for the team & monitor progress with metrics.
  • Possess strong understanding of labor laws to ensure HR policies comply with legal requirements.
  • Design & propose company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Maintain Internal HR systems, database, & internal performance evaluations.
  • Collect feedback and make action plans for counselling & employee retention.
  • Process monthly salary for employees and oversee all aspects of leave & attendance management.
  • Supporting & implementing employee recognition programs to acknowledge employee contributions.
  • Address employee queries & complaints regarding HR support, ensuring timely & effective resolution.
  • Preparing employees for assignments by establishing & conducting orientation & training programs.
  • Maintain Employee Database & prepare required reports.
  • Attrition and retention rate report preparation as per requirement
  • Ensure employee clearance & coordinate with the stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper employee onboarding activities and manage employee profile’s hardcopies and softcopies.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues & address employee grievance.
  • Possess a strong understanding of current market trends & industry developments, staying updated with the latest advancements and shifts in the HR industry.
  • Run HR operations as per ISO 27001:2022 (ISMS) standards.
  • Any other project assigned by the Head of HR or management
