About the Company
Samsung-Hyundai-Archirodon JV (SHA) is a joint venture between three leading companies in construction and engineering. We are currently undertaking a major project in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and are seeking qualified Electrical Supervisors and Gang Leaders to join our growing team.
The Role:
In this dual role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of electrical works on our project. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians and laborers, while also providing technical expertise and planning work based on electrical drawings.
Responsibilities (Electrical Supervisor):
- Supervise a team of 6-15 electrical technicians and laborers.
- Read, interpret, and analyze electrical drawings and specifications.
- Develop work plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure electrical installations meet project standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and address potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Train and mentor team members on safe work practices and electrical tasks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of work progress and manpower allocation.
- Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and other stakeholders.
