Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
- Chartered Accountancy course completed (CACC), Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP), Advanced Excel Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft visio, Power BI, SAP Software, Tally ERP 9 Prime.
- Note: Candidate having experience with ERP implementation will get preference.
- University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,BRAC University,North South University,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference

Job Responsibilities of Business & Financial Analyst:
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Ensuring solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Creating clear process maps and flow chart for existing procedures and experience in creating documentation of functional specifications.
- Research and analyze organization’s existing Business Processes.
- Build strong collaborative relationships across the departments ensuring alignment with proposed strategies and plans and facilitating collaboration towards achieving common goals and outcomes.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, accounting, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxation, consolidation, cost control and project control.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to senior management.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data in the system, and manage data migration and integration processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax compliance and internal controls, and assist in audits as needed.
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
- Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share.
- Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk, and making recommendations for improvement based on trends
- Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Conduct business studies to track and determine financial status on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
- Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
- Study a company’s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy.
