Responsibilities & Context

Position Summary:

The Executive, Sales Support will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to existing or future SEBPO services. This includes research on potential customers for SEBPO services, identify targets, create leads for the Sales database and update records in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong research and analytical skill set.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather data from different sources
• Conduct in-depth research and analyze data to identify targets
• Find contact information and other necessary information as required
• Research on potential customers for SEBPO services
• Find and gather information on competitors in the market
• Create new leads in Salesforce
• Update data in Salesforce to keep the records up-to-date
• Ongoing cleansing of the Sales database in response to regular outbound email campaigns
• Provide analytical support to Sales and Marketing teams
• Generate regular reports in Excel to communicate insights to internal stakeholders
