Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

The Retail Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all outlets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and maintaining continuous communication with central headquarters for inventory management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Outlet Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail restaurant outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock replenishment to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction across all outlets, addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Staff Management and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise outlet staff, including managers, chefs, servers, and support staff. Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Set clear performance expectations and goals for outlet staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback as needed.
  • Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Conduct regular inspections of outlets to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
  • Outlet Expansion and Growth: Actively search for new locations and opportunities to expand our retail restaurant presence.
  • Evaluate potential outlet locations based on market analysis, demographics, and competition.
  • Negotiate leases and contracts for new outlets, working closely with landlords and property owners to secure favorable terms.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage outlet budgets, including revenue forecasts, expenses, and profit margins.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures to optimize profitability.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and analysis for senior management review.
  • Continuous Communication with Central Headquarters: Maintain continuous communication with central headquarters to provide updates on outlet operations, inventory management, and food distribution.
  • Coordinate closely with central headquarters to ensure timely receipt of inventory and food supplies to all outlets.
  • Collaborate with central headquarters to develop and implement strategies for efficient inventory management and distribution. VAT Compliance and Negotiation and Other Retail Licenses
  • Develop and manage relationships with VAT and other license related authorities for seamless operations and ensure all outlets fall under compliance to obtain them.
