Proven experience in merchandising, particularly within the woven fabric and garment industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a factory environment and collaborate with production staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant merchandising software.

Regularly communicate with buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of products.
Work closely with the factory team to oversee production processes and ensure product quality meets company standards.
Utilize extensive knowledge of woven fabrics and garments to assist in product development and quality assurance.
Effectively communicate in both Bangla and English to bridge language barriers with international clients and suppliers.
Manage orders from inception to completion, ensuring all client specifications and deadlines are met.
Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the production process promptly and efficiently.
