Responsibilities & Context
- Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
- Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to PC, workstation, Laptop, UPS, Printer, multifunctional printer, related Hardware and software issues instantly.
- Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports that deliver technical assistance to the entire office.
- Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector and Various types of Software and operating system.
- Configuration and maintaining LAN/WAN/WIFI setup and troubleshooting.
- Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per office IT policy.
- Communicate with different service providers/vendors/organizations and take necessary steps as per requirements.
- Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
