Responsibilities & Context

As we prepare for the upcoming Academic Year 2024/25, Smart Innovations School is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated IB PYP teachers to join our team. Our school follows the esteemed International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP), which emphasizes inquiry-based learning, global citizenship, and academic rigor. • Implement the IB PYP curriculum effectively, incorporating inquiry-based approaches to teaching and learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, collaboration, and independent thinking.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and encourage student-led inquiry.
• Assess student progress using a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies aligned with IB standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning experiences and contribute to the school’s overall educational program.
• Establish strong partnerships with parents and guardians, providing regular communication and support for student development.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated with IB PYP guidelines and methodologies
