Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare purchase requisition by checking stock availability and actual consumption;
- To ensure on time data entry in a right way in oracle system on daily basis;
- Ensuring all kinds of technical & stationary materials issue to floor through system generated store requisition;
- To follow up approved quarterly budget and prepare purchase requisition as per budget and cost;
- To maintain & keep record properly of all delivery Challan, bill & voucher;
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
