Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business/Marketing/EEE/ CSE or relevent field from any reputed Institute.
  • Candidates from DU, JU, NSU, BRAC, IUB, EWU, BUP, AIUB, AUST will given preference.

Experience

  • At least 3 years

    Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Mobile Accessories

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 40 years
  • Excellent knowledge of IT products such as laptops, desktops, tablets, routers, access control systems, and smartwatches is A MUST.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skill.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Job Context:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales experience in the IT industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Join our team and be a key player in driving the success of our innovative IT products in the corporate market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new potential clients.
  • Understand client’s business needs and challenges to position our IT products effectively.
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of our products and how they can address client’s specific needs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Stay updated on the features, benefits, and applications of our IT products.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
  • Customize presentations to align with client’s business goals and objectives.
  • Close sales deals and achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
