Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for the overall security of factory, assets and staff.
- To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the company.
- To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard and Security In charge at different projects and offices.
- To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely.
- To ensure 24-hour CCTV surveillance inside and outside factories, head office premises, and owner premises.
- To prepare the SOP/ Security Manual of the security department as required.
- Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
- Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
- Maintain and keep updating different types of registers (Guard’s Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer’s In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc.).
- Recording daily observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
