Additional Requirements

The applicant should have experience in the 100% export-oriented Garments manufacturing industry.

Prepare all types of export-related documents of garments.
Have working experience with different kinds of buyers (specially H&M, Next, Aldi, C&A, SOUTHPOLE etc).
Coordinate with C&F, freight forwarder, & shipping line for online booking & monitoring of shipment.
Verify export documents for compliance with local and international regulations, liaise with clients and perform Customs related tasks.
Execute all regulatory formalities of customs relating to export.
Drafting export documents (BL & GSP/COO etc.) and submitted to the forwarder on time.
Collect B/L and prepare the relevant documents for endorsement from the bank on time.
Good knowledge of office document filing and record keeping.
Maintaining Export statements on regular basis and submit the same to the department head.
After shipment completion, submit final documents to the bank for proceed realization and ensure it.
Maintain import-export statements for yearly customs bond audits.
Any other task assigned by the management.
