Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
- An international 5- star standard Hotel/Resort based in greater Sylhet region is looking for an experienced Hotel Manager (HM) or General Manager (GM), depending on the experience of the applicant.
- The Hotel/Resort presently employs 200 personnel and all its departments are being run by respective Departmental Managers. An HM or GM will be the full operational boss of the establishment except for Sales & Marketing which is overseen by the Managing Director.
- The HM or GM will report to the MD.
