Responsibilities & Context
- Must have excellent speaking and listening skills in English.
- Either prior experience as a client service representative or in providing international customer support.
- Active listening and strong phone contact managing abilities.
- Working knowledge of CRM procedures and systems.
- Call international clients on both incoming and outgoing calls.
- To satisfy customers, determine and evaluate their needs.
- To answer consumer questions, one must possess a thorough understanding of the company’s goods and services.
- Handle client concerns, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within the allotted period, and then follow up to make sure the issue has been resolved.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
