Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain and Procurement Executive to oversee all aspects of our supply chain management and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the efficient flow of products/services from suppliers to customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supply chain management executive plans & directs all aspects of an organization’s supply chain policies, objectives and initiatives.
  •   Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition to order placement, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  •  To develop and implement operational system to monitor and control critical supply chain processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track supplier performance, and identify areas for process improvement.
  •  Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities and industry best practices to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
  • Must have sufficient knowledge in Tender, import & export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding, negotiate & finalize with authority regarding Customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc. of Commercial Department of the company.
  • Co-ordinate with custom, vat and others related Govt. Officials, C & F Agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders, and Transport for Export & Import purpose etc.
  • Should have adequate knowledge in Industry Policy, Import Policy & Export Policy.
  • Monitoring overall activities of the Commercial related activity.·         Co-ordinate with logistic, CS as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare, collect and collate the loan and investments related documents·
  • Prepare various official letters in English/Bangla to the Bank for different mode of Finance and investment management purpose·
  • Good knowledge about international banking and international trade, loan management and project financing.
  • Timely disbursement, prepare & analyzing all kinds of financial transaction and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  •  Any other task assigned by management time to time.
