Responsibilities & Context
- Must maintain inventory of maintenance store by using ERP Software.
- Prepare weekly/monthly Raw materials receiving & consumption statement & report to the concern,
- Ensure proper documentation is completed on timely basis for requisition of items.
- Process & forward the requisition to the concerned for approved as per SOP
- Manage storage space for large items & their movement in the unit,
- Allocate suitable scrap storage area for unloading, after due weighting & recording.
- Monitoring chemical & Raw materials issue to production department.
- Monitoring Imported Materials receiving & issue as per SOP.
- Generate GRN (Goods Received Note) raise PR (Purchase Requisition) as per monthly planning.
- Prepare internal requisition (IR)/internal sales order (ISO)/Delivery Challan (OD)
