Responsibilities & Context
- Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
- sell services producd over the phone as per the instruction provided.
- Receiving customers’ enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
- During each call, follow the “sales scripts” to address different topics.
- Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
