Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources: (50%):
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the hiring process, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a culture of open communication and feedback.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting performance standards, providing feedback, and identifying development opportunities.
- Design and implement training programs to support employee growth and career development.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Communication: (30%):
- Enhance internal communication strategies to ensure effective dissemination of information, promote team collaboration, and align employees with the company’s goals.
- Manage the company’s external communication, including public relations, social media, and corporate communications to maintain a positive company image.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate risks associated with adverse events.
Knowledge Management (20%):
- Implement and maintain knowledge management systems to capture, store, and share organizational knowledge and information.
- Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of knowledge resources, ensuring they are accessible and useful for employees.
- Continuously evaluate and improve knowledge management practices to enhance organizational learning and performance.
