Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing/ DVM/ Animal Husbandry/ Fisheries, rich experience in sales and marketing is Preferable, and Good English speaking is strongly required.
The Candidate having graduated from a Public University shall get preference.

Experience

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Hatchery

Additional Requirements

Proposal preparation & negotiation of the terms and conditions of sales with customers as per sales guidelines.
Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales, and leads and analyze the client’s needs.
Ensure own sales targets are met set by the department head.
Collect Client information in a systematic way as per company rules.
Deal with clients and collect feedback from clients as and when necessary.
Build a strong relationship with customers.
Gather Market and industry information and achieve targets within the deadline.
The candidate has to be able to handle the market and have strong confidence to achieve the sales target.
Positive attitude. Awareness of time and data management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
