Requirements
Education

- Applicants who have PGD in compliance will be given preference.

Garments, Buying House, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Applicants should have ample knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & Act, Accord & Alliance, RSC, Nirapon Standard etc.
- Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have good knowledge in computer application packages (Especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain and update all kinds of Certifications in all nominated factories.
- To ensure factory can meet all compliance requirements.
- Implement regular inspection to identify problems in the factory and carry out corrective action.
- Conduct Social and Technical Audit to onboard new factory as per required buyer COC.
- Develop factory as per buyer’s Social & Technical Requirements to ensure 3rd party certification. (CIA HERING, COSTCO, RENNER).
- To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer’s requirements.
