Responsibilities & Context
We are an RMG liaison office in Bangladesh and we are looking for solution-oriented professionals and smart candidates who love interaction with retailers and factories.The job provides opportunities for the sharing and improvement of your knowledge.It is available for those who want to build their career path and is a full-time job.
- Managing, Coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the implementation of various trainings and Projects like ZDHC (BVE3, Bhive, Clean Chain), HIGG Index, IR Training and Simon Project in the supply chain.
- Communicate with factories and guide them to do registration and verification for ZDHC and HIGG Index.
- Building and maintaining collaboration and links with customers’ project teams and supply chain representatives to ensure the best outcome of the project without any interruption.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, tasks, and timelines as KPI.
- Develop guidelines and manuals for all training which has been introduced by stakeholders and TIL management from time to time.
- Conduct and facilitate sessions on training, advocacy, workshops, and awareness sessions in the production units as well as office staff.
- Guide the production units to carry out emission analysis as per SBTi guidelines and set targets.
- Ensure all the production units publish their sustainability reports.
- Ensures proper documentation of all activities and events and shares with management.
- Identify potential risks of the projects and develop strategies to mitigate these fruitfully.
- Monitor the project budget to keep track of project expenditure regularly and to ensure compliance in every aspect of project implementation.
- Do a working hour analysis of the production units every week and prepare a report on it to track working hours.
Skills & Expertise
Computer Proficiency
Must have good communication skills both (Oral and Written) in English
Proficiency in English are a must.
