Job Context
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our E-commerce platform, driving online sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in e-commerce management, with 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
Job Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive E-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Website Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the company’s E-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze E-commerce sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional online customer experience, addressing any issues and implementing improvements.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize the E-commerce platform.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the E-commerce team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including payment processors, logistics providers, and technology partners.
