Responsibilities & Context

Company Description:

Fly Far works with travel & Travel Technology. We provide any form of travel assistance, for example, ticket booking, hotel reservation, visa processing, organizing domestic & international group tours, and providing customized travel packages. Currently, we have three sister concerns Fly Far Ladies, Fly Far Trips & Fly Far Tech which are operating smoothly.

Job Context:

• The selected candidate will present Fly Far International to provide world-class customer service to customers and travel agencies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone·
• Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections
• Issue tickets, and other travel documents·
• Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and special needs·
• Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel·
• Process ticket changes and refunds·
• Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints·
• Ticketing: Issue tickets, process reservations, and handle booking modifications while adhering to airline policies and procedures. ·
• Problem Resolution: Address passenger concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or management.
• Maintain roaster time, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. and 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
