Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for potential candidates for the position of Executive- IE (Woven) who has knowledge, skills, experience in following sector and is self-motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results. There will be 4000 employees and manufacturing casual bottom item and kids wear. - Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
- Prepared Operation Breakdown with SMV & Thread Consumption
- Line Balancing Prepare process layout & machine layout
- Calculate SMV, Efficiency & Non productive time record with root cause analysis.
- Worker capacity, Line capacity, Line targeted, Production Study, Method Study.
- Style wise manpower budget & planning.
- Provide Style wise machine Requirements.
- Pre-Production Plan & make day working scheduled.
- Find out bottleneck area and analysis and stick to the problem until settle and clear.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
- Achievements of RMG Sector Ensure Efficiency of the line as pre-plan Efficiency by using IE tools.
- Coordination with HR department for training progress fresh training and multi skill training.
- And ensure training to production staff on improving skills & efficiency.
- Line wise WIP monitoring Hourly Production Monitoring. Garments Analysis &process Development for costing Follow up KPI
