Responsibilities & Context
JMI Group is the most promising and fast-growing business conglomerate in the Country. JMI Hospital Requisite Mfg. Ltd. is a sister concern of JMI Group and is a joint venture project with the Republic of South Korea. JHRML is producing finished products and components, such as Surgical Suture, Surgical Gloves, IV Cannula, Bulk Needle, Blister Film, Infusion Set Components, Blood Transfusion Set, Urine Drainage Bag and Scalp Vein Set etc. These components / products are marketed locally and internationally. Apart from manufacturing, JHRML is also trading medical devices like Stent, Nebulizer, Dialysis Machines etc.
- Perform Design & Development of new and existing product.
- Dossier preparation of new products.
- Keep the latest information on different medical devices and evaluate the market available medical devices.
- Share innovative ideas to uplift existing product features ensure compliance.
- Perform microbiological test of raw materials and finished goods.
- Perform routine monitoring of controlled environment.
- Prepare and maintain microbiological documents as per requirement.
- Perform IPQC during operation phase as ISO guide line.
- Technical writing: Controlled documents, Training materials, Investigations, CAPs or similar.
- Performing good documentation process.
- Preparation of technical documents (Batch Records, Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols, Reports).Conduct product development process as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Support Documentation.
- Analyze the performance of market sample.
- Convert raw data for data analysis.
- Communicating with internal and external laboratories.
- Interpretation and application of Regulatory Guidance as applicable for ISO, EC, DGDA, and other international bodies.
