Responsibilities & Context

Salvia Life Style: Salvia Life Style is going to introduce a new clothing brand, that’s why we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor. Salvia Life style is a sister concern of Salvia Group. It is a Fashion House. There will be many outlets in Dhaka City and district level city in Bangladesh. Our main products is T-shirt, Polo Shirt, Shirts, Abaya, Punjabi and different Gents, ladies and children cloths. We also promote our products through online and delivery all over the country.

Duty Times: Saturday to Thursday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Flexible hours may be required based on project needs).

Responsibilities:

Digital Media Design: Create high-quality digital media creative such as social media posts, banners, blog images, ads, and info graphics.
Graphic Design Software: Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects for various design tasks.
Content Creation: Design cover photos, banners, leaflets, brochures, clipping paths, photo manipulations, sound editing for video clips, and info graphics.
Social Media Graphics: Generate engaging graphical content for social media platforms.
Video Editing: Edit still images and videos to support marketing campaigns.
Marketing Campaigns: Work on social media marketing and display advertising campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ad-sense.
Innovation: Bring creative and innovative ideas to improve our digital content.
Professionalism: Maintain high work ethics and professionalism in all tasks.
Develop, plan, and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with the company’s marketing strategy.
Expert in canvas and other tools for designing.
Co-ordinate with other department to understand their requirement.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative and diverse design work.
Strong conceptualization and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Plan, shoot, and edit video content to create compelling and visually appealing videos.
Editing and Post-Production.
Edit video footage, add graphics, text, and effects, and ensure seamless transitions.
Optimize audio quality and synchronization in videos.
Color correction and grading to enhance visual appeal.
Incorporate music, sound effects, and voiceovers as needed.
Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and devices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement creative ideas to enhance design quality.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align photo and video content with marketing campaigns and objectives.
