- Must be experienced Making Pattern through Lectra Software.
- Ability to handle Gerber Software.
- Should have experienced to work with the Levi’s, Gap, Maurices, American Eagle, Walmart buyers.
- Able to work under pressure, Meet deadlines.
- Should be proactive and dynamic.
- Good Writing and Oral Communication skills both Bangla and English
Responsibilities & Context
- Making Pattern in CAD.
- Provide technical suggestion to factory pattern master how to control excess fabric consumption.
- Develop new sampling pattern with complete specification.
- Review and Understand customer comments on Sample.
- Assist factory pattern master to create grade and implement new patterns.
- Knowledge of Lectra system and checking on Lectra graded pattern.
- Any other assignment by Head of plant or department.
- Report performance of Technical staffs at Factories.
