Responsibilities & Context
- Sales Inquiry Generation: Proactively generate inquiries for ISO Certification Services such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc., following TUVAT BIC Company Handbook Policy. Use various methods such as introductory letters, emails, phone calls, social media networks, personal contacts, yellow pages, chambers of commerce, and associations to approach potential clients.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic sales efforts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Certification Proposals and Contract Agreements: Dispatch only those certification proposals and contract agreements approved by the Line Manager to the concerned clients, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Client Lead Generation and Feedback: Be responsible for the generation of new client leads and provide timely feedback to clients awaiting responses to their inquiries.
- Compliance with Policies and Procedures: Ensure strict adherence to all TUVAT BIC’s policies and procedures, including those related to information security, to uphold the company’s standards and integrity.
- Annual Sales Plan: Assist the Line Manager in the design and implementation of the annual sales plan for the company, contributing to strategic sales initiatives and goals.
- Sales Database Management: Help develop and administer a comprehensive sales database, including client-related information, mailing lists, and contact details, to support effective sales activities and client management.
- Inquiry Log Maintenance: Keep an accurate and transparent log of inquiry activities, ensuring all sales efforts are documented and tracked.
- Industry Contacts Development: Develop and maintain contacts within key industries (e.g., textile, pharmaceuticals, processing, oil & gas, food & beverages, construction & engineering) that are potential clients for ISO certification, both currently and in the future.
- Preliminary Documentation: Prepare and submit necessary preliminary documentation, such as inquiry forms, proposals, and contract agreements, to potential clients.
- Client Communication: Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or problems promptly, maintaining transparency and trust in client relationships.
- Training and Development: Generate inquiries of all training courses. Plan, organize, and conduct training courses according to targets, including marketing these courses on social media platforms and executing IRCA Registered Lead Auditor Courses. Develop proposals for in-house awareness courses for all possible standards and maintain a list of courses that can be offered periodically.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Regularly perform market and competitor analyses to stay ahead in the industry and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordination with International Offices: Coordinate with international offices regarding IRCA Courses and ensure the proper processing of all related documents.
- Expense Management: Keep a record of all expenses incurred in planning, organizing, and conducting training courses to ensure financial accountability.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager, showing flexibility and adaptability in the role.
Preference shall be given to applicants with prior experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry, ISO Lead Auditor Qualification on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and audit experience, recognizing the value of industry-specific knowledge and expertise.
