The ideal candidate will manage clients’ queries, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure that our entrepreneurs receive the support they need to thrive. This role is crucial to maintaining the high level of service our clients expect and deserve.

  • Respond to client queries promptly and professionally via email, chat, phone, Discord, and Facebook groups.
  • Identify problems and implement solutions to guarantee client satisfaction
  • Maintain and update support documentation, FAQs, and other resources to assist clients.
  • Develop new support materials as needed with the concern of seniors to address new trends and common issues clients face.
  • Report to the supervisor and collaborate with other team members and departments.
  • Must have a willingness to learn and grow.
