Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager for our group. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees locally and globally
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee performance appraisal process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and improvement plans.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and equitable packages.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Work closely with the top management and implement the action on groud level
