Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare & maintain LC related documents/register, monitor and update LC statement as well as shipment status regularly.
- Monitor and follow up the delivery of the goods from port to factory site.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve lead times, quality standards and cost efficiencies.
- Keep liaison with Bank, shipping companies, C&F agent and factories.
- Prepare quotation reports, draft contracts, terms and pricing agreements and submit it to the line Manager.
- Assist to develop new and alternative foreign sources and constantly evaluate suppliers’ performance.
- Performing any other duty as directed by the respective supervisor & Management.
