Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are inviting application from candidates for working directly with our company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Top Management. Candidates who have the 3-5 years’ working experience in Business Operation & Administration or Corporate Affairs with the Top Management in any reputed organization are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly work with company’s CEO and Top Management;
  • Fix schedule and maintain calendar for companies’ Board Meeting, AGM/EGM, Committee Meetings, etc. as applicable;
  • Coordinate and arrange all company meetings (In-person, virtual and hybrid) between top management and departments or business partners;
  • Follow up the meeting minutes and decisions taken in the meetings;
  • Develop and implement Administrative strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization culture;
  • Direct and monitor overall Administration support services to ensure that services are effective, employee oriented and efficient to support smooth operations;
  • Prepare different types of office notices, meeting minutes and letters;
  • Managing and fulfilling any secretarial assignment at the discretion of top management;
  • Managing external correspondences in favor of top management;
  • Overseeing the processing of all kinds of corporate foreign travel;
  • Maintaining and updating all the documents time to time;
  • Collect information from the businesses attracting Board’s resolutions/meeting;
  • Meet time-to-time queries from the internal business departments with regard to Company Corporate information, documentation, licensing, etc.
  • Draft notice, minutes, resolutions by circulations etc. for company meetings;
  • Follow up the renewal of agreements between company and company’s business partners;
  • Keep record for all important corporate and legal documents and file those systematically;
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management;

Skills & Expertise

Advanced MS Excel and MS word skills

Fluent in English Speaking

Leadership and Good Communication skill.

Meeting Management

Microsoft PowerPoint

Problem solving and decision making

Typing Skill on both Bangla English
