Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain and Procurement Executive to oversee all aspects of our supply chain management and procurement processes with related accounts maintaining activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the efficient flow of products for our Development Purpose. To ensure more efficiency he should maintain Supportive accounts activities(Bill check and payment, petty cash)

Job Responsibilities:

Supply chain management executive plans & directs all aspects of an organization’s supply chain policies, objectives and initiatives.
Manage the procurement process from purchase requisition to order placement, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Monitor inventory levels, track supplier performance, and identify areas for process improvement.
Daily communicate with Our construction site and Take their requisition. And Take necessary Steps to Supply.
Process and check bill of vendors/Suppliers.
Maintain store Stock Daily basis.
Tally Software.
Maintain Petty cash for Purchase and vendor support.
provide logistic support for smooth operation.
Any other task given by Management.
