Additional Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field
Age not exceeding 50 years.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Supervise work at all levels (restaurant & hotel employees, office employees, receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, etc.)
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and implement security protocols for the protection of personnel, property, and company assets
Coordinate with various departments for smooth logistics operations and handle legal affairs related to contracts, agreements, and disputes
Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information, and monitor sales and profits
Communicate with customers when appropriate
Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/conference planners, etc.
Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
