Responsibilities & Context
- Monitors mill shift operations and directs the crew to meet safety, quality, operating, process, and production targets/objectives.
- Monitor and ensure the throughput of Raw material in the process.
- Actively Participate in the troubleshooting process.
- Increase machine uptime.
- Actively monitor and ensure end product quality.
- Observe machine behavior and Take necessary prompt actions.
- Take corrective maintenance actions.
- Cooperate with other stakeholders for the smooth operation of the shift.
- Any other task assigned by management.
