Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain Company Accounts and update Cash & Bank related transaction on daily basis.
- Record vendors bill and payment vouchers properly to ensure the accuracy in accounting results.
- Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of expenses to ensure operational efficiency.
- Check the regular transactions and ledger balances on regular basis.
- Cash & Cheque collection from customer and deposit to Respective Bank Account in time.
- Monitor Receivables and payables related entries regularly.
- Prepare Bank reconciliation statement on weekly basis.
- Post & Records Journal entries to ensure all business transaction are recorded.
- Update Income Tax & VAT Returns as per law.
- Prepare Financial Statements on monthly and yearly basis.
