Additional Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years (s) in Top top-rated Security Services provided company or in any renowned group of companies/industries in Bangladesh.
• We prioritize candidates who are retired military personnel with the rank of warrant officer  Corporal/Sergeant, have completed their bachelor’s degree, and possess 2 to 3 years of corporate experience in security management be eligible for this role.
• Candidates must have their own motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.
• Candidate should possess strong oral and written skill in English & Customer centric mentality.
• High morals, honesty and integrity.•
• Candidates have to frequently visit various projects.
• Enthusiastic applicants are highly encouraged to apply urgently as the vacancy need to be filled on an emergency basis.

Responsibilities & Context

• Managing the operations of about 500 Security Guards in projects both ongoing and handed over ones across Dhaka city.
• Sourcing an optimum number of experienced human resources for security and support services.
• Screening, Selecting and deploying the SSs in the projects and monitoring their activities training regularly and periodically to ensure professional development of SSs.
• Monitoring the daily activities of the team and supervising operational works of the Dept.
• Maintaining Central Store/ Record of uniform for SSs.
• Monitoring daily/ monthly report of CCTV surveillance, resign, run, sleeping, termination & black list etc. and do the needful course of action.
• Prepare duty roster and ensure day & night project visit of the Exe. / Sr. Exe/ SO.
• Carry out inquiry & investigation for any incident or accident happened in the project area, communicate with Thana/Law enforcing agencies as and when required.
• Performing special activates as and when assigned by the management.
