Responsibilities & Context
Job Context : We are looking for a qualified Executive – Customer Service, who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. You will follow the service quality policies and procedures and oversee the customer service. You will be responsible for provide a standardized level of service to all customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service to clients on all aspects of our real estate services.
- Attend incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and maintain client relationships.
- Assist in scheduling Project visit for the purpose of customer need based tasks with collaboration of company architects and engineers.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
