Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Executive for our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to source products for interior work, strong negotiation skills, and a reliable network of vendors and suppliers. This role requires honesty, hard work, and the ability to operate a motorcycle for efficient transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure products for interior work, ensuring high quality and competitive pricing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and products in the interior design market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Identify and source products for specific categories within tight deadlines.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and manage the logistics involved in the supply chain.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about new and emerging products.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor performance.
- Ride a motorcycle for quick and efficient transportation between suppliers, warehouses, and project sites.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
- Uphold high standards of honesty and integrity in all dealings.
