Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy Development:
.Devise and execute a content strategy aligned with business objectives.
.Plan and create content for multiple channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
2. Audience Engagement:
.Identify effective content types and topics through data analysis, research, and customer/staff feedback.
.Utilize insights to bring the brand to life and foster engagement.
.Develop powerful massaging for advertising and campaigns.
3.Collaboration:
.Collaborate with senior leads in SEO, Campaigns, Design, and Technology to achieve ambitious business goals.
.Ensure seamless integration and alignment of content with other functional areas.
4. Continuous Learning:
.Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to continuous learning in various content areas, including social media, email, web copy, visual content, video, long-form content, and paid content.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
.Develop new high-quality articles for the web, social media and blogs.
.Review and analyze existing content.
.Update existing content to improve readability and relevance.
.Develop and maintain user journeys through our platforms including CRM using lead nurturing and push notifications.
2. Publication and Distribution:
.Publish and monitor content on different platforms and social media.
.Proofread content created by team members for accuracy and quality.
3. Marketing and Communication:
.Conduct content marketing through various channels to enhance brand visibility.
4. Research and Innovation:
.Generate new content development ideas through research and industry trends.
.Craft customer success stories to showcase the positive impact of our services.
