Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a design leader with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web design, multimedia production, graphic design, and brand development.
● In-depth knowledge of modular and responsive web design principles and practices.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
● Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, consistency, and brand guidelines.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
● Ability to manage and mentor a diverse design team.
● Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to continuous learning in design, including web, graphics, print, photography, and video.

Responsibilities & Context

1. Design Leadership:
● Provide strategic leadership in design and creativity, aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
● Develop and implement modular and responsive web design strategies, ensuring optimal user experiences across platforms.

2. Multimedia Expertise:
● Oversee video and photography production, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand identity.
● Drive graphic design initiatives, maintaining brand consistency across all visual elements.

3. Brand Guidance:
● Develop and enforce brand guides, ensuring adherence to established visual identity standards.
● Uphold visual hierarchy and consistency in all design outputs, both digital and print.

4. Web and Print Optimization:
● Implement best practices for web page content, focusing on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
● Oversee the creation of print materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and design standards.

5. Team Management:
● Lead and manage a dynamic design team, including video editors, post-production specialists, and individuals responsible for maintaining visual identity.
● Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, nurturing the professional growth of team members.

6. Proficiency in:
● Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools to drive creativity and efficiency.
