Responsibilities & Context

We are a 100% export-oriented Knit Wear Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of Head of Sample & Development .

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
To ensure involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential risks, and devising strategies to optimize the supply chain.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on factors such as quality, cost, reliability, and delivery capabilities
Negotiate contracts and agreements with merchandiser to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory costs
To ensure on time sample making for smooth production process with meet the buyer expectation.
Coordinate the transportation and logistics activities involved in delivering sample materials.
Experienced on all kinds of Knit item, Jersey or outerwear will get preference.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork; Closely coordinate between CAD and sample team.
Provide time to time sample developments related update to management & buyer.
Co operate with technical team.
