Responsibilities & Context
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage employee grievance and other personnel related issue.
- Development and update HR politics, procedures and guidelines as per Labor Law.
- Organizing the personal file, prepare all HR – related letters such as Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, and letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration.
- Coordinate all recruitment process to ensure timely, optimal, and quality hiring according to the company’s value and culture.
- Solving worker grievance issue.
- Managing Payroll on Salary.
- Ensure assist compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
