Responsibilities & Context
- Provide students with advice and information about the programs offered at partner universities in the United States and Canada.
- Help registered students with the admissions process.
- Work together with the Visa and Compliance Team to provide students with ethical and legally compliant guidance as they navigate the visa application process.
- When needed, assist students as soon as possible to ensure a high standard of service.
- Create and preserve timely, professional contact with partner colleges and universities.
- Participate in international education events as a representative of the company to interact with potential students.
