- Proven experience in managing web-based based MIS;
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in the specialized fields of software development, integration, and proficiently managing databases. Demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in these technical domains;
- Report writing & presenting skills, skills in documenting;
- Ability to provide need base training;
- Excellent in MS Office application, MS Power point, internet and e-mail;
- Ability to undertake frequent field visits.
- Experience in reputable national NGOs and related organizations, demonstrating a consistent and dedicated commitment to relevant roles.
Responsibilities & Context
Gana Unnayan Kendra (GUK) is seeking a qualified and committed person for the position of Manger-MIS to strengthening organizational Micro-finance system.
- Provide support to the program staff and partners to ensure that they are regularly reporting the outputs and outcomes on beneficiaries through the agreed MIS process.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly MIS report.
- Collect, collate and process information and perform data quality and consistency control.
- Produce summary statistics and prepare dashboard.
- Manage and Implement MIS System and provide training on MIS system.
- The job holder will be expected to adhere to and support GUK Safety and Security policy and systems as part of their day to day duties, and comply, at all times, to safety & security protocols and directives, including reporting.
- Staff must maintain situational and self – awareness and be aware of the safety – security related consequences of their actions upon themselves, their team and the organization as a whole.
